On the website tempussfoto.lv all prices are indicated in Euros with VAT. The cost of the delivery service is not included in the price of the item. Prices for products may change at the discretion of tempussfoto.lv.
tempussfoto.lv ensures the delivery of goods in Latvia, in accordance with the concluded cooperation agreement with the delivery service provider. The product must reach the consignee within 2-5 working days from the moment of dispatch, taking into account the address of receipt.
Tempussfoto.lv treats private information that our customers entrust us with when placing orders or registering on the website tempussfoto.lv with great responsibility.
The information that must be provided when placing orders and / or registering is: name, surname or name of the legal entity; customer’s address; Delivery address; telephone number, e-mail address, etc. Your private information will be used to:
- Send an electronic order confirmation to the e-mail address specified by you;
- Send the finished product to the address specified by you;
- Contact you if you need to specify the details of the order;
- Perform order analysis for higher service;
- Notify you of the latest product offerings.
Tempussfoto.lv guarantees that the private information provided by you will not be disclosed to a third party, except in cases when it is requested by public administration institutions, courts or subjects of operational activities, or if a situation arises where fraudulent or criminal intent must be prevented.
Terms of payment for services and return of payments
1. General provisions
1.1. These Provisions (hereinafter – the Provisions) determine the procedure for payment of SIA Tempuss Foto services on the website www.Tempussfoto.lv (hereinafter – the Website) and return of payments to the service recipient (hereinafter – the Customer).
1.2. It is possible to pay for the following services electronically:
- photo prints;
- products with personalized photos;
- other photo services and goods.
1.3. By using the website and / or paying for the services on the website, the Customer agrees to comply with the following provisions.
2. Indication and protection of personal data, liability
2.1. The Customer is aware and takes full responsibility for providing true information when paying for the service. By providing erroneous or false information in the process of payment for the service, the Customer may be refused to provide the service. SIA Tempuss Foto is not responsible for the incorrect Customer’s payment card data.
2.2. The Customer agrees that all information concerning personal data and necessary for the payment of services will be processed in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Law and all personal data specified by the Customer will be used exclusively for the provision of the service.
2.3. The payment card data and passwords specified by the Customer for access to the cash account will be used only to the extent to ensure payment for services in accordance with the international regulations of bank payment card organizations and the laws and regulations of the Republic of Latvia. SIA Tempuss Foto has no available and visible payment card data used in the transactions performed by the Customers.
3. Procedure for payment and receipt of the service
3.1. To receive the SIA Tempuss Foto service, the Customer pays for the services on the website of SIA Tempuss Foto by selecting the relevant service and entering the data required for payment.
3.2. For the transaction, the Customers are directed to a secure shopping environment, where the payment card holder enters the card identification data and passwords at the time of payment. Payment time is limited, payment must be made within 10 minutes from the start of payment.
3.3. Payment for the service is made with VISA, VISA Electron and MasterCard payment cards issued by the bank or through the banklink system.
3.4. When paying for services on the website, a bank commission may be applied to the service fee.
3.5. After successful payment of the service, the Customer receives information about the payment made and the time of execution of the service to the specified or the registered Customer’s e-mail.
3.6. The Customer can receive the paid service at the time specified in the e-mail, arriving in person at SIA Tempuss Foto store or using delivery.
4. Procedure for refusal of service and return of payments
4.1. The Customer has no right to refuse the personalized service and request a refund due to the fact that the service is personalized, except in cases when the quality of the service is low, by submitting a written claim to SIA Tempuss Foto branch or sending it to firstname.lastname@example.org
4.2. Product return policy.
Upon receipt of their non-personalized goods, the Customer is entitled to return the goods to SIA Tempuss Foto within 14 days. Indicating product defects and / or shortcomings that do not
satisfy the Customer.
SIA Tempuss Foto is obliged to provide an answer to the Customer within three days.
SIA Tempuss Foto agrees with the Customer on the exchange of the product service or returns the money paid to the Customer for the product.
4.3. The Customer has the right to refuse the paid service by receiving a refund of the service fee in the amount of 100%, if the service is not provided due to the fault of SIA Tempuss Foto.
4.4. The money for the unused or rejected service / product is returned to the Customer’s bank account from which the service was paid within 20 (twenty) working days from the receipt of the Customer’s application or it is returned in cash in the Tempuss Foto store.
5. Other issues
5.1.SIA Tempuss Foto sends all notifications to the e-mail address specified or registered by the Customer.
5.2. The Customer addresses all notifications and questions to SIA Tempuss Foto, using one of the following types of communication: e-mail info@Tempussfoto.lv; – phone +371 26519314; – in person at SIA Tempuss Foto store.
5.3. All disagreements that have arisen in connection with the payment of services and the return of payments between SIA Tempuss Foto and the Customer shall be resolved through negotiations. If disagreements cannot be resolved through negotiations, they must be resolved in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Latvia.
